Panthers rule out CB Gamble vs. Bears because of concussion
Carolina Panthers cornerback Chris Gamble has been ruled out of this week’s game against the Chicago Bears, the team announced Saturday.
Watching football on Sundays will be a whole new experience with NFL Network’s channel, NFL RedZone. Find out why.
Gamble didn’t make the trip to Chicago for Sunday’s game, according to the team, as he recovers from a concussion he suffered during last week’s 16-10 victory over the Jacksonville Jaguars. Gamble missed all three days of practice this week and was listed as doubtful on Friday’s injury report.
As expected, Darius Butler will start in Gamble’s place.
